Scott Peters

Chief Collaboration Officer

Scott is a founding member of Ideas Evolving. From Fortune 50 companies to non-profits, Scott has been solving business problems for nearly 20 years. Scott has contributed to a number of world class organizations: IBM/MRO Software, NRX, Corrigo, iPower Distribution Group and NationsWay transport.

Scott is a passionate advocate of “Altruistic Leadership,” a solution focused philosophy that is client and process centric while supporting the individual needs of the stakeholders.

Scott is married to Tish Carter and has two daughters Sophia and Isabel. Scott serves on the Board of Trustees of The Gardner School in Vancouver, WA. He is a graduate of Colorado State University.

John Hubbard

John is a lifelong learner, nature devotee and proud father and husband. None of these pay well so John became an award winning process trained career sales and business development professional focused on large sales in software, services, consulting and hardware. Devon Carroll

Creative Director

Devon comes from a marketing and creative background working for large multinationals to non-profits. This website along with all of our marketing materials have been designed, created, or invoked by him. Devon has a passion for travel and has recently arrived back from a year in Turkey. He is a graduate of Willamette University and the University of Portland for his undergraduate and Masters work respectively. Devon also does freelance graphic and web design.
